Register for 2014 Divisional Championships at Mission Cliffs

Congratulations to everyone that competed in the Sport Climbing Series 2014 Youth Regional Championships! Those competitors that received a First Round Invitation to the 2014 SCS Youth Divisional Championships, click here to go to the USA Climbing website in order to register. USA Climbing will NOT post first round invitations on the website. Competitors must accept their first round invitation by registering for the SCS Youth Divisional Championships no later than Wednesday, May 14th at 11:59pm MT.

Reserve a room at the Host Hotel

If there’s even a small chance that you will be going to Divisional’s on the weekend of June 14-15 in San Francisco, please book a room right now!

As many of you know, our region’s Divisionals will be held at Touchstone’s Mission Cliff Climbing gym (http://www.touchstoneclimbing.com/mission-cliffs) on Harrison St in San Francisco. 
Unfortunately it is the same weekend as the National Diabetes Conference which means that hotel rates have doubled for this weekend.  The Holiday Inn in San Francisco is running close to $400 per night! 
We’ve been able to secure a limited number of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the San Francisco Airport for $179 per night.  Optional buffet breakfast per person will be $10 per person (normally $20 per person) up to 4 people per room.  Parking will be 1/2 price at $12.50 per day. 

After making a verbal commitment, the hotel started decreasing the number of available rooms available but consented to increase the number of rooms depending on how many people booked through the link/code below.  You may cancel the rooms up to 24 hours before check-in.

So if there’s even a small chance you will be going to San Francisco for Divisionals, please book within the next week…  You can always cancel if you don’t go and/or you find other arrangements.
